It is our pleasure to invite you to the 2021 Leadership Georgia Alumni Awards Gala which will be held in our hometown of Savannah on Saturday, November 6, 2021.
Just over eighteen months ago, Leadership Georgia began with great excitement for what was, arguably, the “Best Class Ever” in 2020. However, as with so many things, the current class was thrown a major curve ball by Covid-19 and is now the first two-year class in our illustrious history. The Class of 2020-21 is eagerly anticipating the resumption of their program year in Bainbridge next month and will graduate in Savannah on November 6. They truly believe they are the “Best Class Ever” and will be attending the Alumni Gala en masse. We hope that you will join us as well to meet our newest alumni, get reacquainted with old friends, and, most importantly, honor our 2021 award recipients.
This year’s Awards Gala will be held in the beautifully restored Kehoe Ironworks buildings at Trustees Garden, a historic area which dates back to the founding of the Georgia Colony and was the first Crown-sanctioned experimental garden in the New World. The evening will begin with a VIP reception for our generous sponsors at 6:00 pm, followed by the Awards Gala and dinner at 7:00. At the conclusion of dinner we will dance the night away to the sounds of The Time of Your Life band and enjoy some special surprises that will make this a night you won’t soon forget.
